What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a network operations role where I can troubleshoot VoIP and carrier network issues, work with new technologies, improve processes, and help maintain high service performance.

I've supported network operations at Excelsior Bird Services and Wavecrest Networks, monitoring routing configurations on VOS, resolving client issues, and managing trouble tickets through closure.

I've installed and maintained VoIP communication systems, monitored ASR, ACD, PDD, and NER to optimize traffic, and worked with SIP, Odine, AWS, Digitalk, Genband, RSM Console, and Supportpal. I bring hands-on troubleshooting across network operations, Linux and Windows environments, cloud solutions, and operational reporting.
