What I'm looking for

I’m looking for NOC Engineer / NOC L1 / Network Engineer fresher roles in Bangalore where I can handle monitoring, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis—especially for network and VoIP environments—and grow through 24x7 rotational shifts.

I’m a fresher with hands-on internship exposure to VoIP infrastructure using FreePBX, Asterisk, and Vicidial, along with Linux server administration through SSH. I’ve built a solid foundation in network fundamentals and I’m comfortable working through complex connectivity and call-quality issues.

I focus on monitoring, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis—using tools and methods like log analysis, ping, traceroute, and network documentation. In addition, I’ve worked with AWS fundamentals (EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch) in a lab environment and supported infrastructure monitoring and basic issue resolution.

I’m also confident in routing/switching and network security concepts (DNS/DHCP, NAT, firewalls, VPN concepts, and wireless access points), and I’m ready for 24x7 rotational shift environments in Bangalore.
