What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build on my customer service, airport operations, sales, and business management experience in a role where I can support customers, work collaboratively, and deliver high service standards.

I've supported VIP, VVIP, celebrity, and high-profile passengers at Heathrow through CLS Ltd, coordinating smooth airport journeys across airside and landside operations.

I assist with check-in, expedited security, priority boarding, lounge access, transport, dietary requirements, and last-minute flight or gate changes. I also coordinate with immigration, airlines, customs, ground handling, and airport departments to resolve enquiries professionally.

At Harrods Heathrow, I create welcoming premium retail experiences, listen carefully to customer needs, and provide helpful product recommendations during busy trading periods.

I'm completing a BSc in Business Management and Marketing at Royal Holloway, University of London. My experience also includes customer experience support at Heathrow, carbon-emissions research with Quantum Black, and introductory coding exposure.
