I am a customer-focused airport operations professional with over 26 years of experience in ground handling, flight control support, and passenger services. I coordinate across control, ramp, baggage, catering, security, cargo and fueling teams and act as the single point of contact during routine operations and irregular operations including diversions, cancellations, technical issues and medical or emergency events.
I have led teams, trained new joiners, prepared operational and revenue reports, and supported charter, VVIP and diplomatic flights. I am experienced with DCS, PH, ACSI, CODECO, SABRE, CORDA, PARS and QUBE systems and in preparing load and trim sheets for narrow-body aircraft.
