What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-focused sales role where I can build long-term client relationships, deliver tailored solutions, and use strong communication to improve experiences—while also contributing to coordinated, high-energy events and team success.

I’m a Sales Representative who delivers outstanding customer service by proactively understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions that drive satisfaction and loyalty. I also enjoy bridging gaps between customers and the company by communicating client feedback internally so needs are addressed at every level.

Previously, as a Sales Associate and Head waiter, I strengthened my people management and service delivery under pressure. I trained and onboarded new staff on restaurant procedures, menu knowledge, and service standards, and I acted as the main point of contact between floor staff to improve communication and reduce wait times.

I’ve also developed strong coordination skills through event work and volunteering, including managing events and overseeing vendor coordination and management. Across roles, my focus stays the same: teamwork, clear communication, efficient execution, and ensuring events and customer experiences run seamlessly.
