Ran full cycle Business and Tech recruitment for roles across Egypt and Canada, acting as a true business partner to hiring managers. Met with unit managers monthly on workforce planning, team structure, job redesigns and mobility, and became the go-to person for close to 1000 employees on employee relations.

Handled the daily full recruitment cycle for entry level and operational roles, running 60+ interviews and over 250 screening calls a week for Optimum accounts. Hired 15 call center agents a week consistently, leading to promotion to Senior Specialist.

Guided students applying to UK and EU universities on career, legal and financial steps, and worked with visa managers on tricky cases.

Ran multiple mass hiring campaigns for entry level roles across accounts including Majorel, Teleperformance, Raya, Concentrix, Webhelp and other cold calling accounts. Built and trained pre-screening and screening teams to handle demand from several accounts at once.

Moved over from launching the AT&T account after strong performance, and ended up owning B2B bulk reservations.

Supported billing and tech issues across cell phones, Direct TV, Uverse TV and home internet.

Handled billing and tech queries for pay monthly customers, then moved into escalations, then into monitoring front liner actions for policy and GDPR compliance.
