I've managed end-to-end recruitment at e& Egypt and SUMERGE across marketing, software, sales, PMO, IT, contact center, and strategic business functions. I partner with hiring managers, build candidate pipelines through social sourcing and referrals, and use competency-based interviewing to deliver aligned hires.
At e& Egypt, I developed a comprehensive hiring-process manual, analyzed hiring challenges for stakeholders, contributed competitor insights for workforce planning, and served as the hiring SPOC for Persons with Disabilities within EBU. I also mentor junior recruiters and am looking to bring my recruitment expertise to a Talent Attraction or TA Partner role.
