I'm leading resource management and recruitment at 51Talk across Egypt and KSA, advising executive leadership on workforce planning and resource allocation for large-scale expansion. I build high-volume technical recruitment pipelines, university partnerships, job fairs, and vendor operations that support project launches.

Previously at eTax, an SAP partner, I led technical sourcing for a Ministry of Finance e-invoice project and built vendor and external-resource networks to protect delivery continuity. I integrated SAP SuccessFactors and ATS tools to reduce time-to-hire by 45% while improving the candidate experience.

At National Technology Group and talabat, I've partnered with hiring managers on competency-based hiring, regional talent pipelines, employer branding, and high-volume sourcing across Egypt and Gulf markets. I've also supported operational launches in Jordan, Iraq, and Bahrain through targeted training and outsourcing partnerships.

My work spans HR business partnership, workforce analytics, resource allocation, organizational development, technical recruitment, learning and development, and operational scaling across SAP, fintech, ecommerce, and EdTech environments.
