I am a System Engineer with 10+ years of full-stack development experience across telecommunications, banking, and government sectors, delivering end-to-end solutions and leading major rewrites and migrations.

I have designed and implemented high-throughput telephony systems, re-architected CDR pipelines to AWS, and developed backend services for observability and infrastructure validation using Java, Spring, cloud platforms, and container technologies.

Currently I am transitioning into AI/LLM development, building conversational AI agents and integrating LLMs into production voice and monitoring systems while maintaining strong stakeholder communication and mentoring experience.
