I'm looking for a remote customer support role where I can assist clients across channels, resolve concerns clearly, build trusted relationships, and continue growing in client support and relationship management.

I've supported clients at Virtual Rep Experts through inquiries, onboarding, and follow-up for digital training programs sourced through social media. I helped 22+ clients navigate questions, concerns, objections, and relevant program options.

As a Forever Business Owner, I managed customer conversations across WhatsApp, phone, Facebook, and Instagram, answering product, pricing, and order questions. I used needs-based conversations and structured follow-ups to keep customers engaged and ensure their needs were met.
