As someone who thrives at the intersection of tech, data, and creativity, I build growth engines that balance business results with real human insight. I’ve worked across fast-scaling startups and global giants, leading teams through ambiguity, launching new products, and rethinking how marketing and operations work together.

First in my family to earn a degree and live abroad, I bring a scrappy mindset and a strong sense of possibility to every challenge. I’m driven by curiosity and a belief that talent and hard work can open any door.

Right now, I lead Growth at Vammo, where we're reshaping urban mobility through an electric motorcycle subscription model built for everyone. It's an environment where AI, automation, and product-led growth collide with operational complexity, and I love every second of it.

My approach blends analytical thinking with practical execution. I’m especially focused on lifecycle strategy, funnel optimization, team enablement, and AI-powered acquisition tools. I enjoy designing systems that scale and mentoring people who want to stretch their impact.

I also teach Sales & Growth at a business college in São Paulo. It keeps me sharp and connected to how the next generation thinks about building.

You’ll usually find me sketching a new funnel idea, simplifying a SQL query, or trading ideas on pricing models. Outside of work, I’m probably running with my dogs or planning a trip somewhere offbeat.
