What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer success, commercial, or administrative role where I can strengthen client relationships, support SaaS adoption, analyze performance indicators, and improve internal processes.

I'm currently focused on retaining healthcare SaaS clients at Clínica Experts, where I consult on management solutions and monitor client health and engagement indicators.

I manage WhatsApp Business API integrations via Meta, including setup and connection for the client portfolio. My work centers on product adoption, ongoing relationship management, and customer success.

Previously, I spent nearly 10 years as Commercial Manager at Cirúrgica Lajeadense / Welmed, handling public tenders, electronic auctions, commercial proposals, and contract negotiations. I also restructured departmental processes through technology and automation.
