I’m looking for a fully remote, Brazil-based executive support role where I can manage agendas, stakeholder coordination, and high-quality communications—bilingually. I bring hands-on e-commerce/social media experience and clinical precision to keep operations reliable.

I’m a highly organized bilingual professional with 11 years coordinating agendas, stakeholder relationships, and institutional documentation in fast-paced, high-complexity environments. I’m comfortable managing calendars, email, and social media simultaneously, while producing clear, structured technical and scientific materials for professional and patient audiences.

Beyond executive support, I’ve led outreach and partnerships as an SDR and Scientific Consultant, and I’ve run an independent e-commerce and content operation as a Co-Founder & Cosmetic Formulator.
