What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Senior IT System Engineer L2 role where I can use my technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills to support an Information Technology department, serve clients, and continue learning and improving professionally.

At Team HR, I support onsite customers of Hitachi Automation India Pvt Ltd with application installation, operating system configuration, and network troubleshooting. I also provide remote support to onsite and work-from-home users.

I manage user accounts in on-premises AD and Azure AD, and administer Office 365 mail and licenses. I also create and manage Azure infrastructure, including VMs, VNETs, and storage accounts, using Terraform and Microsoft Visual Studio Code.

Earlier, as a Desktop Support Engineer at Innovative Digitech Services, I supported customers of Radiate E Services. My work included troubleshooting hardware and software, managing assets, and providing remote support; I began in desktop support through an internship at Evision Technoserve Pvt Ltd.
