I've built hands-on IT support experience through virtual labs using Windows Server 2022, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, and Oracle VirtualBox.

I configured an AD DS domain controller, managed users, groups, and OUs, performed password resets, and created Microsoft 365 users with licenses, roles, access, MFA, and session revocation. I also deployed software, recovered Windows 10/11 systems, updated drivers, mapped network drives, and used ping, tracert, and ipconfig for diagnostics.

Through a ticketing and service desk simulator, I handled tier-1 support tickets, prioritized work against SLAs, diagnosed technical faults, and documented resolution paths.

In my current Operations Support role at Queens Hotel, I provide client support and manage back-office administration and Semper database updates. My background delivering high-pressure service across international hotel, property, and yacht teams has strengthened the empathy, communication, and problem-solving I bring to technical support.
