Heidi Opare

I am a dynamic and results-driven professional with over three years of experience, specializing in customer relations and natural resource management. My journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Forest Resource Technology from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, where I majored in Land Reclamation and Rehabilitation. I have honed my skills through various roles, including my current position as a Customer Service Representative at Multichoice Ghana, where I excel in providing information about products and resolving customer issues.

My experience also includes a role as a Programme Coordinator for the Youth in Afforestation at the Forestry Commission, where I was responsible for field inspections and record-keeping. I have a strong analytical mindset, demonstrated through my internships at the Environmental Protection Agency and the Forestry Commission, where I focused on compliance monitoring and data collection. I am proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SPSS, and geospatial software such as ERDAS Imagine, which enhances my ability to deliver effective solutions in my work.
