What I'm looking for

I'm looking to own customer-driven digital products and roadmaps, working closely with Engineering to turn complex technical problems into measurable improvements in product performance, adoption, and self-service.

I've owned Package Management at Scalefast/ESW, shaping its roadmap and API priorities around customer needs, business goals, and technical dependencies. By prioritizing latency work from customer feedback and performance data, I reduced average API response time from about two seconds to under one second.

I’ve also driven the Air360 behavioral analytics SaaS revamp, using customer feedback, feature usage, and click behavior to improve key journeys. I led integrations that reduced implementation from days to minutes, including Google Tag Manager templates, a Shopify app, tag-management integrations, and A/B testing tool integrations.

My background spans product ownership, solution engineering, eCommerce, and enterprise systems. At UNIQLO Korea, I led IT teams and digital initiatives across its eCommerce website and mobile app; earlier at LG CNS, I developed transportation and fleet-management solutions for international system-integration projects.
