I’m a Psychology with Counselling graduate (2:1, University of Bradford) with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. I’m confident in making fair decisions, working under pressure, and delivering fair, accurate outcomes.

In my recent experience, I acted as a first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, handling a high volume of calls professionally and efficiently. I responded to complex or sensitive queries—especially around memberships, bookings, and payments—by identifying customer needs and guiding people to appropriate solutions.

I’m careful with sensitive information and focused on confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail. I maintained accurate records of customer interactions while creating a welcoming, inclusive environment and building trust through a positive, supportive customer experience.

I’m eager to apply these strengths in a claims handling role and build my career in the insurance sector. I also remain passionate about supporting individuals’ wellbeing and would value opportunities to grow within a role that requires empathy, structure, and responsible decision-making.
