What I'm looking for
I’m a Customer Service Advisor bringing a strong foundation in customer service and a clear understanding of what it takes to deliver high quality support. I focus on producing work to a high standard, staying patient, and staying proactive—especially when demands are high.
I’ve supported customers in fast-paced environments by handling inbound and outbound calls, managing complaints, and helping with sales. I’m known for calm problem solving: I resolve issues quickly while remaining composed, and I keep momentum through challenges.
Before TUI, I built people-focused experience as a Nursery Practitioner and as a Team Member. Those roles strengthened my communication, reliability, and ability to perform efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
Alongside my work, I’m studying for my degree in Psychology. I’m looking for full-time employment where I can combine my customer support strengths with my steady, persistence-driven approach—and keep developing through meaningful responsibilities and real outcomes.
