I’m a customer-focused support and digital operations professional with strong written English and a practical approach to solving user issues. I’m currently pursuing a B.Tech. in Physics while building hands-on experience in remote customer support, digital operations, and SaaS environments.

Since 2024, I’ve been working as a Freelance Customer Support & Digital Operations Assistant (remote), assisting users with account-related inquiries and platform navigation. I resolve customer concerns through clear written communication and technical troubleshooting, researching issues to provide accurate solutions while maintaining detailed interaction and resolution records.

I also practice support workflows through a Customer Support Simulation Project using Zendesk and Freshdesk, including sample responses for technical support, account access, and customer service scenarios. With an eye for attention to detail, escalation management, and adapting my communication to different technical levels, I’m excited to grow into a long-term customer success professional on a remote team.
