What I'm looking for

I am looking for senior operating roles where I can help companies scale execution and delivery without losing control of margin or performance. I focus on building operating rhythm, aligning finance with execution, and putting governance in place so decisions translate into consistent outcomes.

I step in when execution lacks discipline and financial outcomes are hard to predict. I design and operationalize systems that connect operations, finance, and execution—building governance, accountability, and performance management across complex service environments.

In my current role at Vendavo, I launched a Partner Success operating model with stage-gate governance, a delivery readiness framework, and partner accountability to improve delivery predictability and reduce revenue risk. I also improved services gross margin by 7% above plan by aligning services FP&A with delivery execution and strengthening demand, capacity, and governance discipline.

Earlier, at Optimizely, I built and scaled global Partner Success Delivery Assurance supporting 600+ partners protecting 70% of revenue. Before that, as COO and VP in professional services, I rebuilt operating rhythm and financial discipline across 120+ FTEs and drove enterprise delivery readiness—turning chaos into enterprise-grade execution aligned to customer outcomes and margin performance.
