I am an executive leader with more than 30 years of experience across payments, fintech, SaaS, GovTech, and enterprise technology operations. Throughout my career, I have held senior leadership roles with organizations including Tyler Technologies, NeoPollard Interactive, Fiserv, and Truist, where I have led large scale operational, payment, and client delivery organizations supporting billions in transaction volume and hundreds of enterprise and government clients.
My background includes operational transformation, P&L leadership, payment infrastructure, SaaS delivery, customer success, and scaling technology driven platforms in highly regulated and high growth environments. I have extensive experience building and leading cross functional teams, driving strategic growth initiatives, implementing operational frameworks, and modernizing complex systems to improve scalability, efficiency, and customer experience.
I have worked extensively across digital payments, merchant acquiring, GovTech platforms, utility billing, digital engagement solutions, financial technology ecosystems, and enterprise software delivery. My experience includes overseeing high availability payment environments, managing global vendor and banking relationships, supporting large scale digital transformation efforts, and leveraging AI and automation technologies to improve operational performance and decision making.
