I’ve spent the past 9 years building the client service and project operations practice at TENFOLD, helping a startup move from undocumented processes and flat structure to a leadership-driven operating system.

During my time there, we more than doubled in size and revenue. As part of the leadership team, I developed project financial metrics and KPI tracking, built internal escalation protocols, and shaped an annual review and growth planning program for managers and direct reports.

I also led goal-setting from company initiatives down through team and individual targets, partnering daily with cross-functional peers from sales, creative, HR, and finance for both client-facing work and internal initiatives. I direct-manage a book of high-value, high-visibility clients and lead complex stakeholder management.

Most recently, at TENFOLD and TENSPACE, I built and championed operations infrastructure—resource planning systems, capacity models, invoicing workflows, budgeting, and KPI reporting—and implemented EOS across the organization to help consistently meet quarterly goals.
