Ran and facilitated scrum ceremonies, handled communication with vendors such as HPE and Red Hat, and gathered data for EOL/EOSL SW reports. Coded and tested software for new functionality and defect fixes, and informally mentored new employees.

Handled cross-team coordination for CI Builds, Site deployments, and multi-CSCI features. Maintained scripts to query Jira and generated daily metrics graphs and burndowns for upper management, and hosted weekly Scrum of Scrums meetings.

Coached the team on Agile principles and best practices, streamlined stories and tasks under features. Worked with SW Architects on a redesign of the backlog to present a clearer picture of cost/time remaining to management and the customer.

Managed the "Unhandled Exceptions" team, which achieved the best metrics on the program. Installed and maintained the lab daily, consistently helped the team debug lab and software issues, and created step-by-step guides for local testbed setup.

Joined a tiger team of three people to address ICAO2016 defects. Extensive tracking and analysis of the rules and test cases for the new ICAO2016 requirements uncovered many defects.

Founding member of the scrum team, "The Shiny Fluffy Unicorns", during the AFSS program's transition to Agile development. Worked on code (mostly Java), unit testing (including jmock), writing functional and regression tests, and recording documentation.

Worked as a tester to learn the ins and outs of the system before joining a development team. Helped create productivity aids for the team, networked, and learned about the SW process and tools used.
