What I'm looking for

I seek a leadership role where I can apply Scrum and DevOps expertise to improve delivery, coach teams, and drive secure, automated workflows in a collaborative, hybrid-remote environment.

I am a Certified ScrumMaster with a strong software engineering and DevOps background, experienced in introducing Scrum practices and guiding teams toward iterative delivery. I blend technical execution—CI/CD, Kubernetes, automation—with Agile facilitation to increase velocity and reliability.

In engineering roles I contributed to open-source big data projects, built CI/CD pipelines, automated infrastructure with Terraform and Ansible, and managed secure release workflows to ensure high-availability systems and compliance. I have driven backlog refinement, sprint planning, and stakeholder alignment across distributed and hybrid teams.
