Heather Lu
@heatherlu
Product owner at Adastra Business Consulting, shaping AI use-case backlogs and data architecture for a Canadian credit union.
CzechiaWhat I'm looking for
At Adastra Business Consulting, I lead AI use-case discovery for a Canadian credit union, turning workshops with business leaders into a prioritised backlog. I’m also defining the target data and AI architecture with the client’s technical teams.
For a European pharmaceutical manufacturer, I designed an AI intake workflow in Jira and delivered an AI registry MVP. I also wrote user guides and an AI Playbook and built AI literacy training for all employees.
For a UK National Lottery operator, I turned business requirements into Jira tickets and Confluence specifications for a development team. I validated migrated Power BI reports against source data and ran testing through user acceptance.
At Mott MacDonald, I processed and analysed traffic and journey-time data for HS2 Phase 2b. I also authored Prague’s 2030 strategy for EV charging and alternative fuels, shaped through workshops with an expert panel.
