I designed an AI adoption programme for AI Klub that the World Bank measured against a comparison group: participating firms raised monthly sales by 117% and monthly profit by 66%, with training paying for itself within a month.
Across World Bank, Skillio Lab, and independent consulting engagements, I find AI use cases, build business cases, and run adoption programmes grounded in participants' real documents and operating reality. I also prototype tool-enabled agents, structure testing and failure analysis, and advise when the evidence says not to invest yet.
I bring commercial perspective from co-founding EDHANCE and leading brand and new-business work for clients including Red Bull and Jägermeister. My work spans AI governance, EU AI Act obligations, curriculum design, public-sector delivery, and explaining AI to both C-level leaders and the people using it the next morning.
