At Best Parents INC., I managed customer operations through Airtable, coordinated travel documentation and programme enrollment, and acted as the primary contact between customers and institutions. I also developed communication and partnerships with new institutions for the catalogue.

Previously, at Barış için Müzik Foundation and El Sistema Turkiye, I coordinated operations across multiple programmes, working with students, families, educators, schools, NGOs, and cultural institutions. I maintained programme records, supported budget monitoring, tracked action points, and resolved issues with internal and external stakeholders.
