I’m looking for a role where I can own customer support from reservations to refunds, handle escalations with first-contact resolution, and work in an EMEA/remote environment using Amadeus/Troya/Quickres to meet SLA and KPIs.

Customer Service & Operations professional with 10+ years of experience in aviation, airport ticketing, travel operations, and international customer communication. Skilled in reservations, refunds, reissues, escalations, service-quality workflows, and high-volume support environments.

While working in airport operations, I handled 100+ daily passenger transactions, including ticket sales, itinerary changes, reissues, and refund processing, while following IATA regulations and airline service standards during peak operational hours.

I am experienced in first contact resolution, complaint handling, schedule disruption cases, and clear customer guidance under time pressure. I have worked with Amadeus, Troya, Quickres, and CRM tools, maintaining accuracy in operational records and customer data.
