I’m a performance-driven retail professional with a strong track record of managing people, staying efficient with time, and delivering tasks to the standard that earns praise from management. I stay calm under pressure, take initiative independently, and work cohesively as part of a team to consistently hit targets.
In my current role as a Lead Food Manager, I run the shop floor department to fulfil business needs at the best possible standard. I partner with senior leadership to improve customer service and the overall shopping experience, while planning and executing seasonal changes and promotional cycles with minimal disruption.
I use data and statistics to understand the bigger picture and aim for a perfect scorecard by achieving all KPIs. I’m accountable for setting team goals within strict timeframes, embedding key values into daily work, and continuously looking for end-to-end improvements.
