Hazel Robles Fermin

I’m a hospitality-management student building a strong foundation for a career where quality service and customer satisfaction come first. I’m dedicated, hardworking, and I focus on doing the details right while staying dependable in a team environment.

Through my on-the-job training, I worked as a Salesperson at Zoomies Love Pet Supplies, where I strengthened my customer service, communication, and time-management skills. I learned to stay attentive to customer needs while contributing to a smooth service flow.

At The Orchard Hotel Baguio, I gained hands-on experience across hotel operations. I served in the King Chef – Dining Department, supported the Kitchen Department, and assisted in Housekeeping Department work across 600 hours, applying teamwork and attention to detail in each area.

I’m excited to keep developing my hands-on hospitality experience and grow into a role that values professionalism, responsiveness, and consistent service standards.
