At Globed E-Learning, I've managed 100+ client accounts and a portfolio of 15+ digital learning products across the Aegean and Marmara regions. I combine B2B sales, implementation, training, and post-sale support to build long-term customer relationships.

I've worked closely with customers, international partners, and internal teams to turn user feedback into practical product and implementation improvements. I also set up and managed a new Izmir office, developed local client relationships, and trained account managers and new hires.

Alongside my digital learning work, I founded Laotong Jewelry, where I lead product planning, brand communication, customer experience, and sales-channel development.
