What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can handle inbound enquiries, support clients through clear communication, and keep developing my mortgage advisory skills—working well in a team and independently under pressure to achieve goals.

I’m a customer-first Sales Executive with 1+ year experience handling inbound enquiries, creating quotes, processing orders, and maintaining accurate sales and customer records. I’m currently the first point of call for callers, supporting price, stock, and product questions through LV, supplier websites, and phone/email communication.

Alongside sales, I’ve built strong relationship and support skills through roles including Commercial Assistant and a client-facing Associate position at One Point Wealth. I worked under a mortgage broker to present refinancing options face to face, helping clients understand how restructuring could save them money, while also supporting broader financial potential through planning and investment properties.

Earlier experience spans hospitality, childcare, administration, and community support work. I’ve provided emotional and day-to-day support, case management, mediation and advocacy, and help with tenancies and accommodation, while staying focused on goal setting, reliability, and delivering an excellent customer experience. I’m enthusiastic, hardworking, and always willing to develop my skills further and learn new ones.
