What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can coordinate operations, strengthen client and stakeholder relationships, manage communications, and support teams through organized, confidential, results-focused work.

At Recess, I coordinate school engagement projects, parent events, training sessions, stakeholder records, and adoption timelines across multiple schools. I independently manage operations in Embu County, keeping communication timely and projects organized.

Previously at Movetech Solutions, I prepared executive presentations, reports, and tender documents while coordinating expos, meetings, project deadlines, and client communication. I also served as a Public Relations Attaché at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, managing over 200 official correspondences and supporting senior diplomats with briefings, schedules, logistics, and reporting.

With more than four years in customer engagement, outreach, relationship management, and administrative support, I build rapport quickly, handle confidential information with integrity, and help teams deliver results under pressure.
