I’m looking for roles where I can own Linux and infrastructure troubleshooting end-to-end—especially cloud support and email/DNS reliability—work with strong engineering teams, and grow through challenging incidents in enterprise environments.

I’m a Linux/Infrastructure Support Engineer with 3+ years of enterprise IT experience, focused on system troubleshooting, networking, and cloud platforms. I work at the L4 level supporting Google Workspace, helping platinum and gold-tier customers resolve high-impact infrastructure issues.

Currently, I provide enterprise support for Google Workspace environments at Cognizant (Google Project), specializing in DNS and email infrastructure triage. I resolve incidents involving SMTP, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, IMAP, and POP, and use Google Admin Console and diagnostic tools to analyze logs and validate security posture.

I’m hands-on with Linux administration concepts and operational readiness, including RHEL and Ubuntu fundamentals, user and permissions management, file system management, process monitoring, and basic shell scripting. My work also includes managing Identity & Access Management (IAM) tasks such as user provisioning and access controls, along with monitoring DLP policies and security logs.

Previously at Infosys (Client: PwC), I delivered L1/L2 infrastructure support for enterprise Windows and Linux environments. I handled monitoring with Linux shell commands and remote administration tools, managed job scheduling with IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS) and SAP, and supported TCP/IP connectivity, VPN access troubleshooting, and MySQL/Oracle database connectivity.
