I’m a detail-oriented Linux System Administrator with over 5 years of experience managing, configuring, and troubleshooting Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu) and Windows server environments. I focus on reliable uptime, fast resolution, and keeping infrastructure stable under real production pressure.

In my most recent role as a Consultant IT Administrator (May 2023 – Mar 2026), I supervised and resolved complex L1/L2 Linux and Windows infrastructure tickets through ServiceNow, consistently meeting or exceeding a 95% SLA compliance rate. I configured and managed NFS and SAMBA, administered DNS and DHCP to ensure dependable IP allocation and hostname resolution, and used LVM to dynamically resize logical volumes to prevent disk-space criticalities.

I also build automation that reduces operational risk—developing custom shell scripts and running CRON jobs for monitoring and routine backups to ensure zero data loss during critical operations. I manage user access controls, perform proactive patch management using RPM and YUM, administer environments across on-premises setups and Azure Active Directory for identity and access management, and document SOPs to streamline team workflows.
