I’m a results-oriented Customer Success and Sales professional with 8+ years of experience driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and managing client relationships. I thrive in fast-paced environments and consistently deliver measurable impact through disciplined follow-up and strong relationship management.

In my recent role as a Business Development Manager, I introduced the College.dev platform to colleges by visiting principals, directors, and managers across India. I managed end-to-end MoU onboarding, built professional relationships through continuous follow-ups, and closed premium subscription plans to expand business reach across multiple states.

Previously, as a Client Relationship Manager, I supported construction-focused marketplace growth by meeting decision-makers to post tenders on the Bandhoo platform. I identified contractors and labor providers, deployed them on-site, and contributed to successful tender closures while helping improve income opportunities for construction workers and contractors.

Earlier in my career, I drove customer acquisition and deployment operations for Jio Fiber by handling building permissions, maintaining accurate building segmentation data, and onboarding customers through CAF, DKYC, and ORNs. I started with merchant acquisition at PhonePe, conducting field visits, educating merchants and customers, and consistently meeting assigned sales targets—skills I still rely on to execute winning go-to-market plans.
