What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a stable role where I can use my content moderation experience and multilingual communication to support users. I want clear processes, accountability, and room to grow in customer support or technical operations.

I’m a multilingual professional who’s delivered content moderation for Meta and supported users with clear, efficient communication. From 2023 to 2025, I handled content moderation work for Meta while applying consistent decision-making and attention to quality.

Before that, I worked in customer service and technical support for the Sunrise project (2020–2022). I’m comfortable resolving issues, explaining solutions, and staying focused under time-sensitive support environments.

Alongside support roles, I’ve built practical technical expertise through specialized training in automation, automotive diagnostic training, and business management. I’m also experienced as a Tourist driver and as an independent/freelance worker, which strengthened my independence, client handling, and reliability.
