I am seeking a role in HRIS or HR Analytics within a growth-focused company where I can apply HR systems expertise, data-driven decision-making, and process-improvement skills to drive strategic HR outcomes.

I am an HR professional with over 4.4 years of experience across India and US HR functions, managing end-to-end HR operations and employee relations for large workforces.

I have overseen the full employee lifecycle for 150+ employees (and up to 250+ in US HR), improving onboarding, exit, and payroll processes while maintaining compliance and data accuracy.

I am familiar with HRIS tools such as Workday, ATS tools (JobDiva/ATStool), SAP Fieldglass, Beeline and HRMS Accent, and I have driven process improvements including streamlining full-and-final settlements on HRMS portals.
