What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a fully remote role in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, medical billing, claims, accounts receivable, or healthcare implementation. I enjoy improving healthcare operations through accuracy, process improvement, and technology. I’m also building my Data Science skills to support data-driven healthcare solutions and long-term innovation.

I am a Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) professional with over five years of experience supporting US healthcare providers through medical billing, accounts receivable, claims management, denial resolution, insurance verification, payment posting, and reimbursement analysis. My experience spans Medicare, Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, commercial insurance, Veteran insurance, ICD-10/CPT coding, and telehealth billing, with hands-on use of Elation and Imagine systems.

I have consistently maintained high levels of accuracy while managing high-volume healthcare workflows, improving reimbursement outcomes, and supporting efficient revenue cycle operations. In addition to my RCM expertise, I have experience in healthcare implementation, workflow improvement, SOP development, stakeholder coordination, and team onboarding.

I enjoy solving operational challenges through data-driven decision-making and process improvement. To further strengthen my analytical capabilities, I am currently pursuing Data Science through ALX, with the long-term goal of combining healthcare expertise, analytics, and AI to improve healthcare operations and patient outcomes.
