I am a results-driven revenue cycle professional with two years' experience in medical billing and revenue reconciliation within the U.S. healthcare environment. I specialize in claims processing, insurance verification, remit reconciliation and refund issuance while maintaining strict HIPAA compliance.

In my current role I compare insurance remits to posted payments, resolve discrepancies, issue corporate refunds, and reassign payments to balance accounts. I also compile insurance trend reports and train new team members on account workflows.
