I'm open to global remote and contract opportunities where I can improve healthcare revenue recovery, resolve complex denials, lead AR operations, and support client onboarding and implementation.

I've managed U.S. healthcare accounts receivable for Lumexa Radiology, Shriver's Pharmacy, Commonwealth Home Healthcare, Tri State Medical Supplies, and Vantage Health PA, recovering revenue through insurance follow-up, denial resolution, appeals, and collections.

At ONQ Global, I led and coached a global team supporting Lumexa Radiology, monitored KPI trends, ran performance reviews and quality audits, and collaborated with billing, coding, payment posting, and client stakeholders to improve revenue cycle outcomes. I was recognized as Leader of the Month in May 2024 and April 2025.

Following the 2024 Change Healthcare cybersecurity incident, I helped resolve complex claim backlogs, correct billing issues, and accelerate reimbursement.

At MEDBILL LLC, I lead DME client onboarding and implementation, including payer price-file validation, EDI setup and testing, claim validation, and post-implementation support before accounts transition to production AR.
