What I'm looking for
I bring 13+ years working with customer experience and a will do attitude—turning complaints into compliments while creating great memorable memories. In my REMOTE role as a Customer Experience Advocate at Gopuff, I responded to incoming calls, emails, and complaints, researched complex inquiries for quality control concerns, and solved problems case by case. I also identified problems and trends, suggested resolutions to upper management, and brought new and creative ideas to increase work efficiency and reduce company cost.
Beyond customer support, I’ve built strong leadership and operations skills through shift and management responsibilities, including supervising 8-10 employees, staff scheduling, inventory control, and opening/closing duties. As a Manager on Duty and Shift Manager, I ensured food safety, quality and accuracy, resolved guest requests immediately and respectfully, and reinforced a customer service mentality across the team. I’ve also supported customers through hands-on service and logistics work—caregiving (CPR/First Aid/Article 9 Certified), bartending and banquet experience, and Amazon pick/pack/ship using an RF scanner—always staying energetic, service-oriented, and focused on sharp problem solving.
