What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a leadership role where I can strengthen employee training and development, operational support, inclusive programming, and organizational initiatives that improve engagement, retention, and success.

I'm leading membership services and front-desk operations for Western Michigan University's Student Recreation Center, overseeing engagement, compliance, financial management, rentals, marketing, events, and staff development.

Previously, I led Campus Recreation at Lander University and managed intramural operations at Lake Superior State University. I've built inclusive programs, increased social media following by 100%, supported a 99% first-year participant retention rate in intramurals, and use data, training, and collaborative partnerships to improve employee and student success.
