I direct daily operations for high-volume public spaces and indoor/outdoor athletic complexes in Memphis, overseeing preventative maintenance, asset protection, staffing, procurement, and budget tracking.
Previously at Emporia State University, I coordinated recreational operations and special events for more than 1,400 participants while maintaining readiness across 150,000 square feet of outdoor fields and a 48,000-square-foot indoor facility. I trained and evaluated student staff and implemented facility inspections and safety audits to reduce risk.
My background also includes recreation center administration at the University of Southern Mississippi, including emergency response coordination, point-of-sale operations, membership inventory, revenue tracking, and risk-management drills.
