I’m a results-driven Program and Operations Manager with 15+ years of experience leading teams, managing programs, and driving community-focused initiatives. I’m at my best when I can oversee large-scale operations and translate goals into practical execution.

In my current role as a Recreation Facility Manager with the City of Atlanta Parks and Recreation, I lead daily operations of a high-traffic community facility serving hundreds of participants weekly. I supervise and manage a team of 25 staff, enforce safety and compliance protocols, and oversee planning and execution of youth, sports, and wellness programs.

Before that, I served as an Assistant Site Director – Recreation and later a Recreation Program Supervisor within Fulton County Parks & Recreation and City of South Fulton. I managed daily recreation program operations across sites, coordinated schedules, supported budgeting and reporting, and strengthened documentation and data tracking for decision-making.

My background also includes delivering structured Health & Physical Education curriculum with Clayton County Public Schools, where I tracked student performance and improved engagement while strengthening classroom management systems. I bring a community-first mindset—built on stakeholder collaboration, partnership development, and staff development—backed by CPR and First Aid certifications.
