What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote Customer Success or SaaS onboarding role across EMEA and MENA where I can help clients adopt technology, train diverse user groups, improve retention, and work across healthcare, GovTech, or other digital platforms.

I've onboarded clinical and administrative teams on ENOVART's hospital management SaaS, supporting six hospital and clinic accounts across appointments, consultations, prescribing, and billing. I resolved issues remotely, translated user feedback for product teams, and maintained zero escalations across my assigned accounts during the review period.

At Commune Amtar, I moved five-plus e-government platforms from non-use to full compliance, trained colleagues with no prior digital exposure, and led the conversion of physical records into Ministry-ready digital data. I also lead volunteer teams through JCI Morocco and JCI Tétouan, where I managed partnerships, programs, and a 50-plus member organization recognized as Best Local Organization in Morocco.
