I’m a customer success professional with hands-on SaaS onboarding experience in healthcare and three years driving platform adoption through Morocco’s national digitalization programs. I work where technology meets trust—onboarding new users, training non-technical teams, and keeping clients adopted long after the kick-off call.
As an IT & Digital Transformation Officer, I was the sole technical resource embedded in a public administration—moving dormant government platforms to full compliance, training 7+ colleagues, and converting physical records into structured digital data submitted to the Ministry. Before that, I supported hospital management SaaS accounts by onboarding clinical and administrative users, resolving issues quickly via AnyDesk, and earning recognition for consistent client-side performance with no escalations on my assigned accounts.
