At MUST, I manage five SDRs while carrying my own closing quota for custom software builds and engineering pods. I source and sell to CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and technical founders, taking opportunities from targeting and discovery through proposals, procurement, legal, and close.

I've built MUST's outbound system from zero, connecting prospect sourcing, enrichment, email and LinkedIn sequences, reply routing, and CRM updates into one workflow. I also own inbound end to end, responding to website, LinkedIn, and referral enquiries within 15 minutes during working hours and qualifying them against budget, technical fit, authority, and timeline.

Across Bydrec and Devsinc, I've run outbound and inbound motions for nearshore engineering, custom software development, staff augmentation, and AI work. I've worked closely with delivery, recruitment, pre-sales, engineering, and proposal teams to scope technical requirements and support negotiations.

Before sales, I led a 30-person production team at Roshan Packages, increasing corrugator speed and daily output by 50%. I also designed an exoskeleton for disabled users at the National Centre of Robotics and Automation and published the final design in an international paper.
