What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a people-focused role in customer service, guest relations, front desk, administration, education consulting, or language and editorial work, where I can communicate clearly, build rapport, learn new systems, and support people well.

I ran Pages Book Café, building relationships with customers, suppliers, partners and the local community while organising book events, workshops and daily operations.

I've also worked as a freelance writer and translator for Open University Malaysia, translating academic modules from Bahasa Malaysia into English and creating educational, corporate and media content. My work includes editing, proofreading, research and adapting clear communications for different audiences.

From reporting at New Straits Times to leading Tadika Casa Dei Bambini, I've learned to listen closely, handle sensitive conversations and help people feel welcome and heard.
